Hotel Verso - Jyvaskyla

The room had nice furniture and the beds were super comfy. 😊 It was also quiet because the soundproofing was good. the hotel is in a great spot right in the center of everything, on a street just for pedestrians.

Fairly clean place with skilled and excellent staff members and city views...

It was a perfect 10/10 stay during business trip. The staff were very professional at this place. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and complete with fresh ingredients and local specialties, as for instance.

The standard king room was well-equipped with comfortable beds, providing guests with all the essentials. the breakfast was extensive and the best I've ever had, featuring fresh ingredients and a local tea shop in Jyvaskyla.

It was very comfortable and quiet in our room at the back of the hotel - despite the fact that lots of night life was going on in the city centre. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful! The hotel is centrally located in a pedestrian precinct and has internal access to a beautiful 4-floor shopping arcade off the bistro bar, and to a further lounge seating area on the ground floor inner courtyard. The hotel restaurant on the first floor has a verandah within the arcade, so whatever the weather, you feel like you are sitting comfortably in a bright and sunny street! We were able to visit with friends very easily.

I suppose it would be nice to look out at some wall murals depicting Finnish nature on the concrete wall at the back - but that may not be a practical option!

Clean rooms with a bathtub, a nice bathroom, and a comfy sofa. the staff were really skilled and friendly. the price was £81 - what a steal! 🛁.

the location was great, within easy walking distance of market square.

My standard room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. the ironing set, electronic key card, and work desk were a huge plus. the venue's position was very central. There was a great restaurant, many local shops, and a supermarket next door.

parking lot for car wasn't available during my stay! I was forced to search somwhere a public garage.... Information from the receptionist was also very poor in these regards.

Staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. We were able to walk to the sights we wanted to visit. There were many restaurants, besides the hotel's, within walking distance.

The double room had a good shower pressure and the check-in process was easy, with very good service provided by the staff.

I found the room to be of a higher quality than what one can usually expect in a nordic hotel as most are pretty basic. This was one of the better ones.

Excessive noise from 2nd floor live entertainment lounge up to 01:00 in the morning on week days & distance from hotel to Tori car park
